Apparently he’s lost 54+ lbs in 9 weeks (originally 214lbs.. now 160lbs) with a liquid diet and working out for 3 hours a day for a upcoming movie, “Things Fall Apart” in which he plays a football player who is diagnosed with cancer.

The crazy things celebrities will do to make money. This doesn’t seem in the least bit healthy.
